What are the artwork requirements? We accept AI, PDF, EPS and high-resolution PSD/JPEG files at 300 DPI or higher. Our team can also clean up or vectorize rough artwork for you.
Do all bags come with resealable zippers? Absolutely. We offer foam, cardboard and molded pulp inserts custom-cut to fit your product snugly inside any box style.
Do you offer design and printing services? Every order includes complimentary design support, CMYK/Pantone printing, and a free digital proof prior to production.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)? Most styles start at just 100 units, with volume pricing that scales all the way up to 500,000+.
What is your turnaround time? Standard production runs 8–10 business days plus 2–3 days shipping. Rush production is available on most styles.
